| Patterned after the prime time TV show Midnight Caller, this blistery feature revolver around the cranks, perverts, and shutins that call for advice from an after-hours talk show on the airwaves.As the burned out host, Lynn LeMay is in fine form. She’s perfectly willing to strip a caller down to his psychological bone, as exemplified in a scene where Mike Horner reveals that the passion has gone out of his marriage. He has carefully kept up a fantasy about a formal girlfriend (Sharon Kane in a great cameo) but LeMay is perfectly willing to shatter it for the sake of shock ratings.Ratings or not, the cruel kind of behavior starts to bother the station owner (Viper) who clashes often with LeMay. The way they resolver their differences is predictable but tasty, though Viper really turns on the heat with Sean Michaels. His dark skin provides an amazing contrast to her body tattoo, and they really seem to dig each other.Superior videography and editing plus fine performances and sexual segments that never generate anything but passion serve to make this an outstanding package.
